Master Woo and Miss Vicki founded the Bloodline Leather family in November of 2015. She goes by Redfire on Fetlife and identifies as a switch, a voyeur, and an exhibitionist. She has been involved in the Leather community for over 10 years.

In his short story, “From One Among Many: The Seduction and Training of a Leatherman”, Thom Magister wrote ‘Are Master’s created or are they born that way? My experience is that they are awakened.’ (from the anthology Leatherfolk: Radical Sex, People, Politics, and Practice edited by Mark Thompson, 1991)

I often think about how one becomes a Master and I’m reminded of Thom’s words, which I find to be true.

In the 1980’s I was introduced to leather by a man I was seeing, who was a member of Pegasus Motorcycle Club. I was wary at first, fearing it would appeal to what I thought of as “my dark side”. Well, it did appeal to me and it did awakened something in me. However, I now consider that something to be just another side of my being.
